	Customized Leadership Development Programs: Workshops on Emotional Intelligence, plus individual and 360 assessments followed by one-on-one coaching utilizing a personalized leadership development program or group coaching.
	Group / Team Coaching: In-person sessions to develop stronger team cohesiveness, clarify roles / responsibilities, develop goals and strategies aligned with department goals as well as the mission and vision of the organization.
