She has more than 20 years experience in management, quality assurance and quality control for international pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical companies. As a leader, she created and developed several organizations and spearheaded project teams on successful product launches for domestic and international markets.

She has received numerous awards recognizing her as an effective leader and team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills. She was skilled in leading multi-discipline international project teams and building and maintaining strong business relationships.
In addition to organizational analysis and development, Sigita has direct experience with transition, restructuring and change management in staff reductions for transfer of operations and organization development for start-up operations.
She is a Certified Professional Coach from iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching), Accredited Energy Leadership Master Practitioner and an Accredited Genos Emotional Intelligence Practitioner. She is a member of the ICF (International Coach Federation)
Sigita holds an MS in Computer Science from Pace University Business, a BA in Microbiology from University of Connecticut, a certificate in Project Management from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
